Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. Coconut cream has a thicker, paste-like consistency.
Coconut cream contains more fat than coconut milk. Coconut cream is the better choice for "mixing" with coffee or tea or if you want to make banana bread or other pastries.
Coconut cream contains mainly medium chain fatty acids. These fatty acids include 5-6% caprylic acid (C8) and 50-52% lauric acid (C12). 20% of the acids contained are saturated fatty acids: 19% myristic acid (C14), 8% palmitic acid (C16) and 3% stearic acid.
