Apples are a very low glycemic index fruit. They contain about 12-15% of carbohydrates - pectin, cellulose, glucose and fructose, malic and citric acid, and rich in minerals, as well as the valuable vitamins B1, B2, C, E, P and PP.
To make Naturial Apple Flour, use well-ripened fruits that are sun-dried and then ground until fine flour is obtained. It has a slightly sour taste and fruity aroma. It gives its characteristic brownish color to the recipes prepared with it. Used in combination with other flours.
Naturial Apple Flour is also successfully used in the preparation of baked goods. You can add a small amount to give an appetizing color (for example, instead of cocoa) or larger to get the characteristic apple flavor of cakes, fruit breads, biscuits and even pancakes. Since it is actually a dried fruit, ground into fine powder, you can add it to the preparation of baby pastries and purees.
