Collagen is the main protein in human connective tissue, making up about ¼ of all proteins in the body, and is a major component of cartilage (50%), tendons, joints, bones (23%), teeth, skin (74%). Collagen strengthens the blood vessels. It is contained in crystalline form in the cornea (64%) and the lens of the eye.
Hydrolyzed collagen is produced in an enzymatic hydrolysis process of collagen tissue in which the protein is crushed into small low molecular weight bioactive peptides. They are easily digestible and fully digestible amino acids. They give the human body the ability to function properly. With increasing age and frequent physical stress, the body is deficient in collagen. Several vital signs deteriorate and serious degenerative changes occur.

Recommended daily intake (RDI) and preparation:
Recommended for individuals over 18 years old. Stir once a day one tablespoon of collagen in a glass of yoghurt, water, juice or smoothie. It is recommended to take 30 minutes before breakfast. Rotate three month use with a two week rest.
