1. Delivery terms and conditions

1.1 Order processing

Each order is processed after receiving the full due amount. Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 business days of purchase. This period may be extended if the ordered items are not in stock and you will be notified.

1.2 Delivery

The expected delivery time for an order is from 2 up to 10 working days after the shipment is confirmed and depending on the recipient’s address. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you.
Note: The processing and delivery time can be found on each product's page as well as in your cart, which depends on the shipping carrier.

1.3 Official holidays

Please bear in mind that all orders placed during official holidays will be processed on the next working day. In a public holiday, delivery will be the next working day.

1.4 Courier companies

You can find more information about the courier companies we work with on each product's page as well as in your cart. You can choose from our list which couriers company you would like to use for your order.

1.5 Delivery price

The delivery price is automatically calculated by the Naturial.eu system. You can see the shipping price during the entire ordering process in your cart.

2. Payments

A payment is made after each successful order. The system will automatically calculate your total amount for your orders as well as for your delivery, which depends on the address that is provided.
You can pay in with one of the following options:

* Debit / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Cartes Bancaires, CartaSi)

3. Secure Payment


We guarantee that every transaction carried out at Naturial.eu is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. Naturial.eu uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.

In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.

When making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.
