"Naturial" supplies orders to anywhere in the European Union. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 business days.

Delivery times to island areas of some countries may increase up to 10 business days.

You will receive a tracking code for each order made.

The tracking Code will be sent to your e-mail once your order has been sent.

If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:

- You can track your order with your tracking code. The Tracking Code is sent to your e-mail.

- You can use our Custumer Service. You can report directly through the special form, e-mail or Facebook messenger.

Each order from Naturial.eu is additionally insured. If the product is a damaged, we will send a new one without additional payment.

You can cancel your order as the status of order states "In Progres". To cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. You can use our Custumer Services.

If your order has a different status, it can not be canceled.
